Welcome to AeroRobust. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and AeroRobust ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the AeroRobust platform, including our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AeroRobust Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform
You must be legally eligible to enter into binding contracts
By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account as either a Mechanic or a Contractor.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account
AeroRobust reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Plans

• Mechanics: Free 1-month trial, then $10/month thereafter
• Contractors: Basic plan starts at $99/month
• Platform Fee: 8% of mechanic pay upon successful hire through the Platform

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
Payment failures may result in suspension of account access
You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all subscription fees
Platform fees (8%) are collected when a contractor successfully hires a mechanic through AeroRobust

4. Job Postings and Applications

Contractors may post job opportunities, and mechanics may apply to these positions, subject to the following rules:

For Contractors

• Provide accurate job descriptions
• Include valid pay rates and terms
• Comply with all applicable labor laws
• Only post legitimate positions

For Mechanics

• Submit accurate FAA/IA credentials
• Provide truthful experience details
• Only apply to qualified positions
• Maintain current verification status

All users must comply with applicable aviation regulations, including FAA requirements, when using the Platform.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform in a manner consistent with its purpose and applicable laws. The following conduct is prohibited:

Harassment, discrimination, or abuse of any user
Fraudulent activities or misrepresentation of credentials
Illegal activities or violation of any laws
Misuse of platform messaging or contact tools
Spam, solicitation, or unauthorized commercial communications
Attempting to circumvent any Platform fees or payments
Sharing account credentials with third parties

AeroRobust reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

The AeroRobust Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by AeroRobust and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written permission
The AeroRobust name, logo, and all related trademarks are property of AeroRobust
User-generated content (job postings, messages) remains your property, but you grant us license to use it on the Platform

7. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein
Mechanics consent to their FAA/IA verification data being shared with contractors for job applications
Contractors' company information is visible to mechanics viewing job postings

8. Limitation of Liability

Important: AeroRobust is a platform that connects mechanics with contractors. We are not a party to any contracts or agreements between users.

AeroRobust is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of work performed by mechanics
We are not responsible for any disputes between contractors and mechanics
We do not guarantee the accuracy of FAA/IA verification data
Users enter into agreements independently and at their own risk
Platform liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement under the following circumstances:

By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through Subscription Management. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
By AeroRobust: We may suspend or terminate your account for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Non-payment of subscription fees
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Prolonged account inactivity
Upon termination, you will lose access to premium features
Certain provisions survive termination, including limitation of liability and intellectual property

10. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States
You consent to the jurisdiction of federal and state courts located in the United States
Any claims must be brought on an individual basis, not as a class action

11. Changes to Terms

AeroRobust reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes.

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice
Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification
Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
If you do not agree to new Terms, you must stop using the Platform

The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms indicates when changes were last made.
